In a tweet on social media platform Twitter, he said, “Yesterday we launched a dedicated Scholarship Complaint Portal under umbrella of PM Portal.” “This will ensure coordinated and timely resolution of students complaints. During CFY 2.6mn scholarships are being awarded to talented & deserving students across Pak amounting to Rs. 28.3bn,” he added. Pakistan Citizen’s Portal (PCP) is the most effective public complaints resolution platform, promptly addressing complaints and issues of the Pakistanis.
